Built From Real School Challenges. Not Just an Idea.
Adillis Edu was founded by Ellis Adigbli to help schools operate with the same efficiency, accuracy, and confidence as modern organizations.
The Story
Why Adillis Edu exists
Growing up and working within the education environment in Ghana, Ellis saw firsthand how much time schools lose to manual processes, from handwritten records and spreadsheet errors to delayed results and scattered student data.
These challenges do not only affect administrators. They affect teachers, parents, and most importantly students whose futures depend on accurate academic records.
He realized that many schools were trying to grow and modernize, but lacked systems built for their real workflows. Most available solutions were either too complex, too expensive, or not designed for African education structures.
So instead of adapting foreign tools, he set out to build something better: a platform created specifically for the realities of local schools, their term systems, reporting structures, and administrative needs.

Built for local school realities
Adillis Edu was designed around how schools in Ghana and across Africa actually run: term structures, result workflows, approvals, and reporting expectations.
What the platform was built to do
Reduce administrative stress for school leaders
Improve trust through accurate and transparent results
Give schools real data to guide decisions
Prepare institutions for a digital future
The Mission Today
The goal remains the same
To help schools move from manual operations to intelligent, secure, and scalable systems that support long-term growth. Because when schools run better, students learn better and communities grow stronger.
